Add in a mind control (abathur?) like champ

Passive: Buff allied minions 1000 units around your champion or mind controlled unit. (mini baron buff)

Q: Mind control ---> could be take over any entity (including baron). The thing you can only do what the minion could normally do. Baron cannot move from its position while dragon can. (Morde can already do this so no big deal.) This would be so funny to control the elder dragon. Imagine the enemy blue buff walking to your turret so you can give your team an easy buff. To balance the out possibly when killed enemy gets normal gold from a kill AND the minion or objective worth. Possibly even control a tower to target champions i.e.: prevent a dive on bot lane for example.

W: Swarm spawn---> creates a spawn for swarm to appear every x seconds (like zzrot so still fairish)

E: Noxious wasteland ---> creates a wide circular area (like trundle iceland) where enemies are slowed by x% and damaged by x%.

R: Buff a buffoon----> apply a "toxin" drug buff to an allied champion to increase all stats by 20/40/60% for 10 seconds/
