And why would you ever think Ahri having small boobs would be a good thing?!

As for why? Why does Ahri need a reason to be sexy?

1: Breasts are far too large. Keep them proportional.

2: This idea is not needed. We got a bunny Riven, don't need a host of Playboy Bunnies in league.

3: She's a fox, let her be a fox. You can do other things with her.

4: Why? What is the reason for this? I don't see an thematics or gameplay that would merit a bunny-esque look, or Playboy attire.

1: That can be changed. Just a random pic.

2: We have a soccer league, Dragonslayers, a metal band, pirates, the mafia, etc. The idea is not needed, doesn't make it unwanted.

3: There are so many skins that don't fit with the champions lore background/theme. She can be whatever she wants (including a Pop Star).

4: If you really need a thematic reason, she used seduction to lure men and steal their life essence. The outfit makes that work twice as easy.

Skins can be skins for the sake of being skins. They don't need to be outright logical.
