[Champion Concept] Railey, the Student of Kopis

Some students learn for the sake of learning. Few strive to master any given concept. There is one student, however, who can learn literally anything presented to her, even without proper demonstration. It's as if her mind is a damp sponge, waiting to soak in anything at all. Master Utan seems to take interest in the young girl, who goes by the name Railey Miriat. I expect him to perhaps take her as an apprentice.
The girl shows great promise in perfecting the art of Kopis. Within seconds of being taken under Master Utan's wing, she was able to copy his movements perfectly. Her skill with a katana is uncanny as well. I don't believe I have ever seen such prowess from someone not born into the Kopis Dynasty. I believe this was especially apparent when she copied move for move a Wuju master we caught on tape.
Today is a glorious day. Today, we welcome our first graduate not of Kopis blood. One girl who surpassed all expectations, learning everything we could teach her. Today, this girl is hailed as a Kopis Knight. She will be sent into the world without supervision for one year, and when she returns, she will pass the final trial and become a Kopis Master. Today is the knighting of Railey Miriat!
Appearance and Personality Railey is a teenage girl, sporting an outfit reminiscent of some school uniforms. She carries a katana, made of what seems like stainless steel, with her, concealed in a sheath in her right sock. She has chocolate brown hair, brown eyes, and fingernails colored white.
As a person, Railey views everyone in the same light, not taking bias into account when evaluating people (i.e., she views both Jarvan IV and Swain as selfish warmongers, and disagrees with all the Freljord sisters). She cracks jokes constantly, but is known to become serious in the heat of the moment. She has a distaste for revealing clothing, and berates people like Katarina, Morgana, and Evelynn who show "85%" of their skin. She is good friends with Sona, Vi, and Lux, and is rumored to have a crush on Yasuo.

Innate: Adaptation
Railey studies enemy champions closely. If a champion hits her for any source of damage, she ignores it and copies their innate. While she's copied an innate, Adaptation cannot trigger again. The copied passive is lost if the champion Railey copied or Railey herself dies.
Q: Katana Toss
Railey throws her katana at a target enemy. When the katana hits, the enemy receives physical damage. The katana then returns to Railey, whose next basic attack deals bonus physical damage equivalent to the bonus AD of the opponent struck with the katana.

W: Scanner
Railey throws a portable scanner onto an enemy champion, silencing them. For 5 seconds afterwards, she can cast the last basic ability the target cast for free, based on her own personal stats. *Note: Scanner cannot grant Railey access to toggled abilities (e.g., Frost Shot, Switcheroo, Blood Thirst/Price) or abilities with no active effects (e.g., Toxic Shot, Denting Blows, Blighted Quiver). If an ability has a passive AND an active effect, Railey has access to that passive until she triggers the ability (e.g., if Railey copies Wuju Style, she gains 10% bonus AD until the active bonus of Wuju Style is activated). Also note that item actives don't count as spell casts.

Passive: Railey gains Ability Power in the presence of enemy champions
Active: Railey gains movement speed for 4 seconds. In the first second of the ability, if a spell connects with Railey, she sidesteps it and doubles the movement speed gain.

R (Ultimate): Kopis Mastery
Railey channels the art of Kopis, causing her basic attacks to gain range and deal bonus magic damage for 10 seconds. During this time, she can cast the ultimate of a random champion she has vision of (allies and enemies) once, based on her own personal stats. *Note: As with Scanner, Kopis Mastery cannot copy toggle ultimates (e.g., Aspect of the Cougar, Spider Form, and Transform: Mercury Cannon/Hammer). Karma's Mantra can only be used if Railey has used Scanner on her within 5 seconds of casting the ultimate.
