[Skin Suggestion] Broken Lux
It's amazing what one's mind can come up with when listening to a few tunes. I just came up with a legendary Lux skin while listening to Ghost of Rattman from Portal 2.

The art is set in front of a wall with a massive, down-closing gate. There is dead grass everywhere, and smoke can be seen from behind the wall. A pole, resembling Jarvan IV's blade, can be seen in front of the gate, snapped in half next to a discarded right glove. A crossbow sits on the left side of the art, nearly obscured by the champion description on the client. This crossbow is mangled beyond recognition, and is surrounded by six purple feathers. Lux kneels in the foreground, over a shoulder pad greatly resembling Garen's. It has an arrow run through a black spot in the center. Lux herself looks considerably beat up; her left sleeve is torn at the elbow, her right sleeve is completely torn off, and her pants torn at mid-thigh and knee length on each leg. Three scars, parallel to one another, can be seen on her right forearm, at a 30 degree angle to the rest of the arm. Her hair is singed at points and appears unkept. Her breastplate has scratches of its own, partially obscured by various black spots. Her baton can be seen to her right, one end damaged and sparking.
In game, Lux has the same appearance as on the splash art, though deep scratches on her back can be seen. Her particles, rather than being smooth as in her other skins, have wild sparks branching from them, especially from her E. Her W even flickers, a far cry from its smoothness in her original skins. When she casts her ult, the laser focus is replaced by a cosmetic lightning spark, followed by an erratic looking laser (actual area of effect unchanged).
Quotes I don't know what her movement and attacking quotes would be, but I can give you her taunts, jokes, and battle cries. She basically sounds like her regular self, but less bubbly.

Taunts "They already took everything away from me! What makes you think YOU'RE any different?" "I have nothing to lose anymore. I will fight you no matter the consequences!" Versus Darius: "The hand of Noxus will be vaporized when I'm done with it!" Versus Draven: "The grand executioner. Full of himself until the laser hits." Versus Leblanc: "You don't deceive me. I see the throne of lies you sit atop!"
