This item is a team item. It can only be bought if all 5 people vote and agree to buy it. It's a tree which spawns randomly somewhere in the jungle. The tree bares fruit and if a member of the team finds it, it acts like a healing potion if in combat near the tree. It also gives a health boost to the team of 1000 distributed to the team, meaning the overall team gets 1000 not each player, which rises as the team levels and the longer the tree is alive. If the tree should live long enough the next time the the teams does everyone has a bring back to life on death option which only works once, then the tree dies.

The tree can only reach that point once before it becomes an item the team can no longer buy. If the tree is destroyed by the opposing team before the tree reaches this point it can be bought again.

If the enemy team should find the tree and destroy it, before it reaches max health time limit, the team who bought the tree suffers a poison. The poison doesn't affect their health, but instead lowers the regeneration rates, lowers the effects of potions and any life boosts, and lowers the time that all buffs lasts.

Should the enemy team destroy the tree once the tree has bloomed into full tree of life mode, the the tree becomes the tree of death. The tree at that point acts as a poison to the team who bought it. It stops lowering buffs, regeneration, potions, and acts as a poison which continues for as long as the tree was alive. So if the tree was a live for the team who bought it for ten minutes, then if the tree becomes the tree of death, the trees poison will keep going for ten minutes. At this point the original team who bough the tree must destroy it.

Who ever destroys the tree of death with automatically die and who ever destroyed the tree of life on the opposing team gets an assist. If more then one person kills the tree of death, only one person will die randomly.

The downsides FAR outweigh the benefits, given how easily it can be killed the first time you lose any Jungle control.

I think that this is best implemented as Final Tier Mastery in the Cunning Tree. But I would nerf the debuffs it gives if it is killed they are too powerful.
