[Champion Concept] Azinel, Chaser of the Chrono Rabbit
Suffering from memory lose, this is what her shattered mind built to explain what happened: As a young girl in one of the few prosperous kingdoms south of the Great Barrier, who sought shelter from the slaughter of her people by taking sanctuary in the Clock Tower in the heart of Urtistan. There she discovered the sleeping Chronokeeper. In an attempt to wake the Chronokeeper to save her home, she reached out, scorching her arm, which burned temporal runes into her skin as it passed through the temporal stasis he was in, just before she was blown back. Crashing into unstable creations of the Chronokeeper, she began to see visions of all of Runeterra across all of time and all possible times. She began to go mad as she lost the ability to focus on herself in the present, that is until a white rabbit appeared before her, silencing her visions and guiding her back to the present.
Forgetting all but her name and with her body now aching and her head spinning, she looked up at the Chronokeeper who was now gone, without a trace. Confused, as her body felt very strange, she stumbled out of the clock tower to discover the ancient ruins of the kingdom she once believed to call home. Her hair has gone grey and her body now aged, she set out into the unknown world, seeking the guidance of the Chronokeeper to help her reclaim her youth, with the only thing keeping her mind from dissolving into the vastness of time, a vision of a white rabbit.
(For those of you who don't get it, Zilean has already gone crazy from time magic and the White Rabbit is probably Zilean's spirit or mind or essence or whatever, meaning the person who she is seeking help from has been helping her the whole time. Or perhaps she is the real Zilean and the rabbit is her memories and the Zilean we though we knew isn't what he seems.)

Ranged Marksmen/Assassin
Passive - Chasing the Rabbit: Azinel does not have direct control over her movement. Instead, movement is controlled by controlling the White Rabbit, which is a pet that is untargetable and invisible to enemies, who's movement speed scales with Azinel's. If Azinel is far away from the White Rabbit, she becomes Ghosted and gains bonus movement speed, the further she is from the White Rabbit. If she is attacking or using an ability, it will take priority over her movement unless she is too far from the White Rabbit.
Q - Chrono Burn: Azinel deals huge magic damage in a line after 2 seconds. After 2 more seconds, enemies hit gain bonus health regeneration for several seconds, healing a maximum of the damage dealt.
W - Chrono Scars - Passive: Azinel's arm glows and her auto attacks apply an on hit effect that deals X plus X% her ap in magic damage to her attack targets.
Active: Azinel is dealt X% her max health in true damage, but not below 1, for the next few seconds. While being damaged, she gains perpetual growing bonus attack speed based on her ap. For the duration, her auto attack does not interrupt her movement.
E - Chrono Rune: Azinel stops and scribbles a rune she has seen in her dreams. Azinel or allies can then click on the rune, becoming stasised for 1 second, enemies who step on the rune are stunned for 1 second. Azinel can only place 3 at once.
R - Down the Rabbit Hole: The White Rabbit jumps into Azinel, Azinel then becomes stasised for 2 seconds, slowing and damaging all near by enemy units for X plus X% her ap in magic damage. While Stasised, a ghosted, invisible and untargetable version of Azinel is controllable that can't attack or activate abilities. After the 2 seconds, Azinel will blink to wherever her invisible self is and the White Rabbit appears again.
