Stealing Mana
A new champ that steals mana ?
Mage/Support kind of a champ.
we have lifesteal, what about manasteal?
Steal Mana, Shares mana with teammates and deals damage based on maximum mana or current mana of the target??

Old Kassadin used to steal mana, was not very fun
There needs to be a little more context to what you mean by mana steal, if your stealing mana from your enemy then this stuff needs to never come to lol. It was a totally overpowered mechanic in dota to burn ppls mana pool because it did extra damage and robbed them of their resource to use their kits.

Nope, because 15% of champs don't have mana. Everyone has health, so lifesteal works, but mana steal would be useless on a mage because quite a few mana-less people go mid and top.
