Well, I will say that there's one good thing about chromas

Despite the way they bundle them and sell them for RP and make them unattainable by Mastery system-

Uhh woops sorry I got caught up in all the negative aspects of the chromas. But seriously, the ONE good thing about them is...at least it makes it easier for champs like Zac and Zed to have "skins" after so long of being ignored, especially because I doubt Chroma skins would push them back in the "line" for having "actual" skins.

Zed's classic is quite difficult to Chroma though. It has many parts and designs. Easily one of the best Classic skins out there, while we're on that note. It would also have to remain dark to complement his dark spell effects. We probably wouldn't see chromas in any color other than gray/silver/black for Classic Zed.

Zac on the other hand is much easier to Chroma since...well...he's pretty much just one color, shaded and textured to have depth. He's considerably easy to Chroma.

Shockblade Zed would also have to remain kind of dark, but gives much more freedom in colors. Black Shockblade Zed would be wicked cool.
