Power Plant/Tar Monster Zac

So while reading through all of the "want" for Zac skins I thought these two would be fun and cool even though I don't play him.

Power Plant

Sticking with an industrial type accident like Special Weapons Zac, he could have had a mishap in a power plant and is now electrically charged.

His sling shot rev could make electrical charge sounds and him bouncing on the ground could release shockwaves, as well as his forward punch.. I mean, I would be slowed if I got hit by a shockwave ;)

Also, his passive split could be tiny electrical charge blobs.

Tar Monster

Mainly just a re color, but maybe some bubbling animation? Could leave black trail of tar as he walks.. Bouncing would also send of tar splats. And when champions are slowed by him it could have trails of far on their feet also.

As for his passive blobs, they could just be moving, bubbling, hot tar.

I think these would be really fun and easily doable skins.. And a little more than just a recolor.
