So I've seen this fan art for nami. It seems to have been inspired by Ursula from the Little Mermaid. I think Riot should design this skin. Looks awesome and creative!

John Berserk2 votesUltimate is way overestimating the complexity of this skin. This would likely be a 1350 or Legendary at MOST. The biggest change aside from the darker particles they'd make for her would be the tentacles and their animations, and luckily they developed the proper tech for that with Vel'Koz. Other than that, small model and texture changes here and there and bam. Nothing too unnecessarily complicated (relatively speaking).

John Berserk1 votesLike I said, it would only really need the octopus tentacles in terms of large model and animation changes. Everything else would only need to be texture changes, particle changes, and small model changes.
IF it completely replaced all of her animations (and not just her movement as it likely would), THEN I could see Legendary being the minimum. She doesn't need all new animations, just maybe a new run (swim?) cycle.

Marauder Ashe didn't even get black arrow, because 750 RP skins just don't get particle changes. even though it is only a colour shift. (takes maybe two minutes to do, five if you are thorough.)

Mistral2 votesI main Nami and have seen this floating around the internet as well! I would looooooove this skin. I'd throw all of my money at it in fact. I realize it could be difficult to animate and have thought about it a lot. Perhaps the tentacles could just flow behind her in the same way her tail does? I know that wouldn't be technically "right" but I think it would be the easiest way to animate it. Anywho, thank you for the post!
