She was so good at it that Riot ended up gutting her kit. Now she's basically a pseudo-adc that offers nothing to a team unless she gets an early lead.

depends upon how you classify things
when it comes to off builds, OLD EVELYNN could build AD with her auto attacking and AD ratios and %max hp damage ult, but it made her WAY more glass cannon and worked better with hybrid builds than pure AD

Qoyana actually hella weak. She should have been AP. When you have a mage assassin kit with no AP they are bad since you know mage items are meant to overinflate damage, and when you dont dl dmg it kinda sucks ass

Not sure what she is. Pretty sure assassins aren’t supposed to have an attack speed steroid, on-hit damage, and the ability to disengage for her team.
She's no more or less of an assasin than irelia and camille, good target acces, high damage, and sometimes a way out after that.
