[Utility ADC Concept] Zaw'Hak the Void Snatcher

The Idea

I had this idea for awhile about an utility adc that has a hook like ability that they can use to catch champion and pull them to their demises. I believe i finally came up with a balance kit for this champion and i would like to introduce you to "Zaw'Hok the Void Snatcher" .

Concept imagine of what i want Zaw'Hak to look like. Basicially he is a human that has been corrupted by the void. His hair is kind of tentacle like and his arm is now alien like.

Lore

Zaw'Hak was once a famous thief one of the best know all through runeterra. Zaw'hak was very skill with a bow and arrow and was good at breaking into any secure places. Catching Zaw'hak was nearly impossible because when he snatch price object it was alway from a distant. He would tie a rope around an arrow shaft that had a custom hook like arrow head and fire it to snatch his valueable prize. One day Zaw'Hak was hired to steal an ancient relic from a Noxus stronghold by a buyer. Zaw'Hak agreed to steal the relic and set off to noxus the next day. He spent three day scouting the area out and plotting his heist. The day finally came for the heist and it was a cold and windy night with the moon light barely piercing through the cloud. Perfect condition for Zaw'Hak, he made his way onto the roof and through a vent to get to the room where the relic was located. Once there he took aim and fire his arrow to snatch the relic, the alarm went off and he ran. He was being persuade by guards and mages when suddenly one of the mages fire arcane energy at him and it stroke him and scattered the relic. Zaw'hak laid on the ground completely surrounded this was the end though Zaw'Hak. Suddenly the fragment of the broken relic started glowing, the air became charge with energy then a portal opened. Everyone was terrified because the portal was trying to suck everything into it. With quick thinking Zaw'hak grapple him self to a statue to resist the portal force. The portal start to die down then suddenly a tentacle grabbed his leg and started pulling him in. Since that day no one seen Zaw'Hak again and people started going missing.

Abilities

Passive: Perfect shot

After landing 3 auto attack on an enemy Zaw'hak next attack will deal bonus damage 10/20/30 (+25ap).

Q: Void Hook

Zaw'Hak fire an arrow that deal 80/100/120/140/160(+60 ad) to any enemy hit that will hook on to them. He then drops an anchor where he is standing and enemies cant leave that area until the ability expires or if they destroy the anchor.

Note

• Ability is the same hit box as jinx W
• Longer you charge the ability the higher the range by 0-1200
• The rope length between the enemy and anchor is determine by the distant the hook was fired.
• It take one auto attack to destroy the anchor

W: Rift Breach

Zaw'hak open up a portal into the void that lowers enemy movement speed if they are in a 200 range of it by 10/15/20/25/30%. If Zaw'hak hit an enemy with Void Hook while being in range of a Rift Breach the portal will suck in the anchor and pulls the enemy attached to the other end toward it.

Note

• won't pull in an anchor that already in bedded into the ground.
• Can hold up to 1-5 stacks of Rift Breach
• Enemies can see where a breach is located but cannot destroy it without stealth detection.
• Act like a ward
• Last 1min

E: Void Cloak

Cloak your self in void energy that will cause you to become stealth. While cloak you will lose 50% of your movement and gain 100% movement when you un cloak for a 5sec.

Q: Into the Void

Global ultimate that let you fire an arrow to a targeted location on the map. When it land it will open up a portal in the ground that will start draining movement to any enemy in it. If their movement speed hit 0 they will be pull to the center. After 5Sec a burst of energy will erupt from the center damage all enemy in it for 210/310/410 (+100ap).
