S3 is here and i'm super excited to see whose getting it. Please tell me who you think would make a good Star Guardian.

Taliyah definitely. She’s up for a permanent second skin, and Star Guardian just goes right up her alley.
Neeko I’d say is also a given. She needs a skin before her Snowdown skin goes Legacy, and Star Guardian fits perfectly.

I love how many passive-aggressive downvotes there are for literally no reason though. I get that people take their skins seriously, and SG even more so...but jeez people, have some respect for opinions. >.>

It would even be a full team. Caitlyn bot, Orianna mid, Quinn top, Taliyah jungle, and Sona support.
And yes, Caitlyn might have alot of skins, but that doesn't stop other champs to get more, so why should it stop her. She could be the intelligent and calculating member of the team, the strategist.
Orianna would be great because she could fulfill an interesting trope in my eyes. Kuudere, she might seem emotionless to strangers, but she actually cares alot about her friends. Maybe she got hurt on a mission and the first star was able to save her by giving her a magical, artificial body.
Quinn and Valor as magical girl and her familiar would fit too perfect to not give her a skin here.
Taliyah needs another skin, since the only one she got was because of worlds. I imagine her as himedere, acting like a princess (her sleeves would fit an outfit based on that).
And Sona fits the Star Guardians pretty well and was the only one coming to my mind for a support. ^^

Star Guardian 
Slew of "STAR GUARDIAN URGOT!!!" Incoming...but to be serious for a moment:
Top has a SG skin (Poppy) but it definitely needs more. I however will expressly say though: Screw Riven. Not a single Riven player I've ever seen in game is worthy of getting such a skin - they're all mad toxic, even if they're winning...and besides that, her character doesn't really fit the guardian code, and her animations would be hard to translate into a good SG skin anyway. I would personally say 
would be a decent top SG skin. Yes, I am aware the VAST majority of Star Guardians are females and Ez was supposed to be an exception...but Shen could be more like Tuxedo Mask in this case, being that one random guy that shows up out of nowhere, probably saving someone, landing like 3-5 autos in the entire fight, and declaring his absolute victory before disappearing into the night. No hate against Shen: top lane is "The Island" and Shen loves to splitpush, so as far as teamfights go, I imagine this just fits his usual playstyle of going it alone and only popping in to help his team occasionally.
I am 200% down with Taliyah. The only reason I am saying no to Star Guardian Zoe is that she's Targonian, and basically already a Star Guardian, in her own way. However...First Star Zoe would be something to see, if you want to push the subject further, as she would make the most sense - A Star Guardian born of the stars. But that'll never happen, because the community hates on her too much over her kit. >.>
needs to be a thing, straight up. One of the oldest champions in the game, with an ultimate that literally screams "I protecc" should be at least an honorable mention.
is another candidate I'm looking at...she already has a pet (all the star guardians seem to) and Riot describes her as the "firefighter" of LoL - flying around the map at mach 6 to help her team wherever she can. Plus, it'd be a very viable jungle option.
This would be a pretty amazing team in my opinion. Rakan Xaya would be amazing, and Oriana fits that weird but somehow universally present “robot girl” trope.
I also really like taliya because there are no SG junglers
