He doesn't need it more than anyone else, but it has been 3 years and he is much older than something like Ornn... There really isn't much of a way to say this without sounding biased, but the mains are dying (on the inside) as Riot has all these brand new events with new skins and bard just sits in the corner.
3 years is a long time, Riot... Give the Bard a skin.

They’re dying over here, unable to express their champion through the small pool of skins available to them, and you’re here crying over bard not getting one in a couple of teeny tiny years. Pathetic.
It genuinely makes no sense to me given the huge amount of mileage they got out of Snowday Bard. Not only was the skin super cute and widely regarded as the best Bard skin, but also where the Pengu and Featherknight Little Legend originated from.

well lets wait and see when they start touching up on Mount Targon again. I'm not in the same boat however. I'm loving and want more focus on Ionia and more specifically I cant wait to have more Ahri lore. Even if it's just an encounter, It would be nice to see her give them accurate directions in the Arcane anime because she happened to be traveling through piltover.

I love the RPG skin set and have "Bard Bard" on 4 accounts. I just love this jabot-wearing big daddy type with a tricorn. Bardo is so under-appreciated anyways :S
