[Champion Concept] 'C' The Thief Turned Killer
Been a while since I did a concept, right? Well, here we go! Firstly let's talk about C. C is a lore character from League of Legends. A cat burglar that kept escaping Caitlyn's scope sight. The only thing known about C is that C leaves behind a card with a letter 'C' on it at every heist thus the name.
However we hadn't heard much about 'C' since Caitlyn's release right? So this led me to creating a new champion concept based on my fantasy. Who know? I might be right about this one, heh.

Lore As a spunk of tendencies, 'C' lived on the thrill of burglary, lifting high priced item or material adding them to his collection never to see the light of the day again. The numbers of loot reached hundreds and not a single clue of their whereabouts has been found. Naturally, he took pride in that and continues to elude the Sheriff as he snatch one after another. That is until one day the stealing spree suddenly stopped. No robberies were reported, treasures remained where they are. The cause of this sudden stop is... 'C' had became a murderer unwillingly. During one of his robbery, a dangerous scythe tool laid aside to be researched was waiting for him to be lifted. The moment 'C' laid a finger, his spirit disappeared replaced by an entirely new one. At long last, the Death God had found a proper body, a very suitable one at that, agile enough to close in for his kill, fit enough to swipe with the scythe. 'C's poker face now turns into a sinister grin.

Gameplay Mostly magical damage kit with physical attack aspect on his build. He is all about assassination and positioning. His damages get stronger over time. He requires timing for which is better to use AOE basic, or to just straight up hit them.
Passive: Death Scythe- Being a heavy weight weapon, 'C' must takes time to swing it. Takes a step forward and a half second to swing dealing 110% basic attack in an AOE in front of him. After swinging the first initial swing, no longer deals AOE, but increase damage by 10% up to 150% from 110% initial and delay is removed. If 'C' does not attack an enemy unit after two seconds from last auto, Death Scythe resets.
Q: Chop Shop- 'C' leaps toward a target location marking it with a death symbol before hand. Upon arrival and if there are enemy units on the marking, C swings his scythe dealing damages to the enemy units slowing them.
W: Rue After- 'C' binds the first enemy champion in a line skillshot to himself with a curse. If C dies before enemy champion does during the duration. The cursed champion will be dealt a third of the damage taken by 'C'. If the cursed champion dies before 'C', they will explode dealing damage to nearby enemy units.
E: Soul Reaping- Unleash a red energy attack from the scythe in a line aoe., all enemy units hit by this has their health drained to 'C' to heal him. The heal are increased versus enemy champions.
R: Eviscerate- Utterly devastate target enemy champion. If a enemy champion's death is a result of this, 'C' will not die for 7 seconds.

Tips and Tricks: Playing As- 1.Jump in and out and back in if you wish to make use of your AOE basic attack, otherwise, you only have single target basic attack for the whole fight.
2.Using Eviscerate on a Rue After bound enemy champion will provide you a survivability and AOE damage should the enemy champion dies.
Playing Against- 1.When 'C' unleash Rue After skills shot, the tank should try capturing that one and prevent 'C' from killing the tank afterward, the buff/debuff only lasts a while.
2.Despite being physical attack, he's weaker versus magical resistance in spell wise, the only thing you need to watch out for while carrying MR is his Death Scythe build up. Buying Randiun's Omen or Frozen Heart will reap you benefits.
3.His Soul Reaping is a line Aoe. It's particular easy to dodge if you're a good distance away. He heals good chunk from it should it hit anybody.
