[CCOS] Clarification on dates

Hey guys, had a few questions on the confusing changes for the CCOS dates and wanted to clarify the timeline a bit.

#October 17th - Results for the September CCOS announced #October 24th - Entries for the October CCOS will start #October 31st - Entries for the October CCOS will close

Not gonna lie my screw up with the title on my last post was the main issue and I am very sorry bout that. I'll be sure to drink my coffee before posting so I don't make the equivalent of 2am mistakes next time.

I created a concept on September 29th. It was not made IN OCTOBER, but it would not exceed 1 month old by the time the contest starts. Valid or invalid?
