Champion Concept: Thorn, the Pain Reveler

I made a champion similar to this earlier back in the forums, but I wanted to revisit this idea because I felt that it had potential. Maybe some of you will think similarly. For lack of better introduction, here he is, Thorn, the Pain Reveler.

"I have watched countless bloodthirsty warriors inflict gruesome pain upon their victims, but never have I seen a man with such a meticulously planned effort solely to cause pain." ~Swain, on Thorn's commendation letter

Raspin Thorn was born to an upper class military family in Noxus. From a young age, Raspin was noted for capturing small animals, and inflicting pain on them. As he aged, he studied Noxian military tactics, as was the custom of the men in his family to follow their parents into military service, but he never stopped torturing the unfortunate victims he captured. His first incident happened when he was caught torturing a fellow classmate at the academy. Despite harsh punishment, he never stopped his masochistic ways. When his parents would set him aside by himself, he would injure himself, relishing the pain. His body eventually became covered in callous skin, numb to his most evil torture methods. He could hold a red hot piece of metal in his hand, and although his flesh would be burning, he never felt a thing. Upon entering military service, he immediately began to impress and disgust his superiors with his brutal version of their tactics. He always won, but at massive prices. He took massive amounts of prisoners, however, and the intel he procured from them was vast. His obsession with pain began to overwhelm his mind. He began to look deep into the history books for new ways to inflict pain. Eventually he found a myth about a stone wrought of the pain of the gods that could cause anguish just by being near it. Finally finding a focus to which pinpoint his obsession, he began searching throughout the record books, hoping to locate his stone. Abandoning his post, he left Noxus behind in search of his stone. His trail was littered with accounts of horrendous and unspeakable acts against the people he met. Swiftly, he became the most hunted serial criminal in Runeterran history, but time after time, his would be captors, both appointed lawmen and vigilante bounty hunters, fell to the massive mace, Dolor, he had made himself. Then, without a trace, he disappeared. For over a year, the lawmen of the land followed various leads, but without new information, he could not be found, for in the depths of an ancient tomb, he found his stone. Upon reaching the catacomb's deepest shrine, wherein the Bloodstone lay, he was overcome by an ancient presence. For a year, he writhed in a torment he had forgotten how to feel, and in that torment, ecstasy. His mind was warped by the normally divergent feelings, and the presence settled itself inside his mind. When his transformation was complete, he finally awoke, changed. More than he had ever before, he desired the pain of others. Not simply the physical torment, but the mental anguish as well. He cackled in delight as he thought of the families he tore apart, and, grabbing his stone, he set out to commit some of the most heinous atrocities ever seen on the face of Runeterra. The stopping of his reign of terror and misery became the priority of the Institute, forcing them to do the one thing they could to stop his madness: they offered him the chance to cause pain that would ravage some of the greatest souls in Runeterra to death, only to be able to resume the pain upon their return from death. It was an offer he could not decline, and, while the terror was subdued on the outside, the nightmare had only begun on the inside.

Well, there he is. I hope you guys like it, and if you have any ideas regarding what I should do with this champion, I'd love to hear them in the comments below.

I like the idea of the character but I find his ult a bit lacking as it only applies his Q passive in AoE form, I would probably apply a DoT to it to give it some edge in fighting so you're champion isn't just a Janna without CC. Also possibly add a secondary passive like: After taking/dealing X amount of dmg, spells and AA apply true dmg DoT. Another little note is the power of his speed up passive: It's WAY to potent, since you'll be running a build like vlad with A LOT of HP, so an ult from near full health with some health items at around early-mid to mid game can theoretically reach up to over +100 movement speed with relative ease, making him perhaps a BIT too slippy when it comes to engages/escapes.
