Syndra needs to be a part of an event

In terms of champion design, Syndra has been, in my opinion, one of the greatest, most sound designs ever made by Riot. She is one of the best definitions of balanced, receiving only a few buffs and nerfs since her release, all the while never having a too dominating streak or a weak streak. Her core gameplay is sound, albeit requiring some serious skill to master, her mechanics are both difficult and intuitive, allowing simple practice for people to begin to master her, but not so simple that people master her in a day or even a week's time. That being said, I feel as though she has been one of the least used and recognized champions. Her role as "The Dark Sovereign" is very unclear, as she doesn't really have that clear-cut rival or that overarching mission she strives towards. From her lore, she seems content to just chill in her floating castle, and she doesn't care what happens, so long as no one tries to put limitations on her. Not a very "Dark" character design. I would love to see her personality in an event. Maybe a retelling of the Noxian Invasion of Ionia, where she plays a dubious role as a traitor to the Ionian cause, as the Noxian principle of "Might makes Right" seems to be a perfect match for her background. Just something more than what exists right now. I know I should be happy that she has SOOOOO much more lore than some characters (Ok, Rammus), but I still think that she is too cool of a character to not do something with her.
