Option to change options outside of game?

I wish I didn't have to reconfigure my stuff in-game. I wish I could change my stuff in the lobby or in my profile as well.

Why do I have to make a custom game? I can do that shit outside of game in literally every other game I play. Why do I have to waste time in a custom game to do something that every other game worth its weight in salt allows you to do in the main menu?

Let me open with, I like and enjoy LOL.

That prefaced, this is one of the, too many, things that I feel is very amateur hour about their game and system. Further, while it has no barring, I find while in custom adjusting my settings getting harassed for being afk annoying. I'm by my damn self, already got told i get squat from the game, leave me the hell alone.

I would like to see this also, annoying as hell looking through all the settings while being harassed by leaverbuster in a solo CUSTOM GAME, it's not ranked, it's not a game riot set up so why do I have to be spammed with leaverbuster messages every 4 minutes for 20 minutes while I adjust some settings.

Well I like to use the function keys to moniter other lanes but I hate that its random depending on the order in champ select. It would be nice to change hotkeys during the champ select or even change it like how you can change the items order in your inventory

The first thing I looked for when playing LoL was the options menu, to turn down the sound. It's nigh nonsensical to have to create or join a game before being able to change options!
