Ornn is the ghost guardian from howling abyss??

I think Ornn is the ghost from howling abyss or it is related to it. The ghost has that horn on his back and he is there from before the tribes were created as the song says about Ornn, and in the teaser there is a line that says "Baring your path is a chasm wide Howls rise from fathomless pits But close stands a bridge And across you'll soon find Ornn, frozen in time" which refers to Howling abyss and the ghost standing across it.
