[Champion Concept] Mokara, The Savage

When he was a child, Mokara was always listening to stories about heroes who protected the Vastaya and the magic flowing within the Ionian forests and he wanted to become just like them. As he grew, he trained hard to become a strong fighter so one day he would be able to release and protect all the magic sealed away and misused by humans. When the Vastaya disappeared from Ionia without any trace Mokara was consumed by anger and the guilt of not being able to protect the magic and his race from the humans. He started rampaging villages slaughtering everyone who tried to stop him. He became known as Mokara, the Savage, and became a wanted criminal. Many have tried to kill him, but every time it ended the same until one night when a cult called the order of the shadows ,who serve under Zed , ambushed and captured Mokara. While encaged he realized that his captors are the ones who steal the magic using it for their wicked purpose. He had to stop them but he could not escape on his own. The following night the camp was attacked by two figures who chased away the members Zed’s cult. They were Xayah and Rakan, two vastayan rebels who wanted to restore the glory the Vastaya once had. When Mokara learned about their, he decided to join them hoping that together they will release the flows of magic within Ionia.

First cast: Mokara kicks creating an energy wave which damages all enemies in a cone. If the target is hit directly by Mokara's kick does 20% more damage and apply bleeding. Second cast: Mokara Strikes forward launching an energy blast which stops at the first target hit and explodes dealing damage to all targets in the explosion radius. --- Range: 1100 If the target is hit directly Q: Energy Shield. (defensive stance) Mokara creates an energy shield that absorbs 100/120/150/190/240(+5% of his maximum health) damage.
W: Offensive stance/ Defensive stance --- Toggle ability
Offensive stance --- Mokara's basic attacks apply bleeding which deal physical damage equal with 5% of the target's maximum health over 5 seconds. Defensive stance --- Mokara takes 10/13/16/19/22% less damage and becomes resistant to slows, no longer apply bleeding and reduces his field of view (because he covers his face with his arms).
E: No escape (Can be cast only in offensive stance) --- Range: 725 --- Cost: 50 --- Cooldown: 13/11/9.5/8/7 sec --- Damage: 75/95/115/130/145 (+ 60% AD) Mokara dashes in the target direction damaging every enemy minion in his way, but stopping at the first enemy champion damaging, slowing them by 25% and marking them. After 1 second Mokara can recast "No escape" causing his next basic attack to deal bonus damage. If the target is marked Mokara uppercuts them knocking them airborne. Both apply bleeding.
R: Break their Bones --- Range: Melee --- Cost: 100 --- Cooldown: 120/100/80 sec --- Damage: 200/250/350(+100% AD) (each slam deal 25% of this amount) Mokara grabs and suppresses a target enemy champion slamming them 4 times to the ground (similar to the multiple German suplex in wrestling) dealing damage to the target. Other enemies near the impact take 60% of the damage and are knocked back. Can not be used while in defensive stance.
I know i am not too good at drawing and this has some similarities to Rengar
but i could not think of any animal which would fit this type of character better than a tiger. I am aware of that the lore is not very thought through, but i will expand it.
