[Champion Concept] Casey - The Piltover Mechanic

My second attempt of creating a champion.....if u have any advice than i will read it gladly.

Primary Role: Mage Secondary Role: Tank

** Stats** Health 590-2210 AD 50-104 Armor 30-84 Magic R 32-50 Melee 135 Attack speed 0,7(+0-24%) Mana 450-1650

Abilities Passive - Hextech Gear: Hextech Golems Casey is followed by 2/3/4 Hextech Golems. The hextech golems have battery instead of health. One Hextech Golem’s health is equal with 25% of Casey’s health and the damage Is equal with 30/50/70(+10%AD,+15%AP) as magic damage. If the Golem are “killed”(the battery is empty)they will deactivate for 15/12/9 sec . Hextech Core: Casey has an unique item called Hextech Core wich can be upgraded 4 times at the shop and helps in upgrading the Golems it also give AP Health and Mana. Damaged Hextech Core 20 AP Hextech Core Prototype 40 AP 150 Health 150 mana Hextech Core 60 AP 300 Health 300 Mana Empowered Hextech Core 80 AP 450 AP 450 Mana Perfect Hextech Core 80 AP 450 AP 450 Mana and has an active effect wich shield Caseyfor 10% of her maximum health.

Q - Remote Laser Beam CD 8/7/6/5/4 Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Casey connects with one of her active Golems. Future castings of this ability will fire a laser beam from the connected Golem into a targeted direction damaging every enemy hit by 60/80/100/120/140(+25% AP)magic damage .

W -Regeneration/ Hextech improvement CD 11/10/9/8/7 sec
Cost 70 mana at all ranks If the Golems are damaged and enemy champion did not hit them in the last 2 seconds Casey can restore 20%of the battery by targeting one of them. And she also can heal herself by 20% of her missing health. Hextech components start spawning on the map. They are used to upgrade the Golems based on the level of the Hextech Core. Endurance : 20% increased Battery(2nd lvl of hextech core) Swiftness : 20% increased attack speed.(3rd lvl of hextech core) Paralizer: Target is slowed by 25%(4th lvl of hextech core) Spell shield: Creates a shield wich reduce ability damage by 30%(5th lvl of hextech core) Only one Golem can be upgraded at a time. The cost is determined by the number of upgrades( 1 hextech component if only endurance is available and 4 hextech components if all upgrades are available).

E - Magnetic Field. CD 14/13/12/11/10 sec Cost: 100 mana at all ranks Casey Creates a -Magnetic field wich slows the enemies inside of it for 20% and causes the Golems to target the enemy champions inside of the area. After 2 seconds the field will detonate damaging for 20/30/50/70/90(+30%AP) and stunning the enemies inside of it.

R – The Ultimate Golem CD 120/110/100 sec Cost: 120/150/170 mana It can be used only if Casey owns the Perfect Hextech Core Casey calls her ultimate golem wich lasts 20/25/30 seconds if it is not destroyed. When he appear he creates a shock wave wich damages nearby enemy units. The golem’s Battery is equal with 50% of Casey’s maximum health and his attacks deal 80/90/100(+20% AP) magic damage. Casey automatically connects to her ultimate Golem. As long she is connected to the Ultimate Golem the Remote Laser Beam range is increased bu 50% and the damage is also increased by 25%.

Lore:

There are many talented mechanics and creators in Piltover, but none of them is match for Casey. Even when she was a child she was attracted by technology and inventions, specially Golems. She wanted to create the most powerful combat Golems. She worked a long time and finally created 4 golems but none of them was perfect, she thought something is missing. She realized that she needed a perfect Hextech Core wich was nearly impossible to get. After some thinking she decided that she will join the League of Legends in hope of finding what she needs to complete her project.
