Allowing players to try out every champion and available skin in practice tool

Since practice tool is a mode designed for single player training and only a few players are allowed on PBE, i think it would be a great feature if players could try out champions and skins they do not own. It would prevent the disappointment of purchasing something to realize that you do not really like it. It is better to try the skin/champion out for yourself than only watching a skin/champion preview on YT.
