Riot, when you do update him, let this form be more owl like if you have a similar ult.

Swain is one of the champs who need a complete VGU (like Sion or Poppy, or Taric and Yorick who are in the making). I hope he will be done next year (this year is probably 100% slottet with Taric&Yorick :()
