I just had a game where I gave first blood and another kill in lane before ten minutes.

I was , who I have mastery rank 5 with.

I believe that's called the ~~Freddy~~ Dunning Kruger effect. We like to think we're better (or worse) than we are because self esteem reasons. The first step in becoming good at league is accepting that most of us are trash at the game.

TahmKench 's Q, then W (Since I didn't get the third mark on the target, when I clicked W I swallowed a friend who was about to kill the target anyways).

enemy teemo, was under turret and had my last tick of ignite on him, i q'd him and e'd the minion right next to him. died under turret, he lived with 6 health.

To be fair, sometimes when you click on a champion to do an ability, it will hit a minion right next to it for some reason.. happens to everyone. In a game today I used Ekko's E, Clicked the champion to dash to, and ended up hitting a minion just outside of the range for some reason...

Lost five games in a row yesterday.

Let me tell you, few things have tilted me as hard as feeding a kill level 1, before the 2 minutes mark, by missing my flash near the dragon pit. Of course, I immediately died coming back to lane because ~~I had never played versus Poppy support before~~ I suck.

The thing is, you can have a deeply intimate knowledge with a single champion, but there is more than just knowing your own capabilities. You have to know the capabilities of your opponent just as much if you are to play the matchup as good as possible.

Fiora has a very specific way you need to fight her, and can snowball pretty hard, so it is not surprising that the downward spiral happened. Perhaps this fiora played very differently than others you have faced, or you were simply having an off day.

Many people do not realize just how many factors go into a league game, both as a team and as an individual experience. As a competitive fighting game player, I understand the need to know match ups that total in the thousands, but league is like that on steroids. Never give up, analyze your mistakes, and learn in order to improve your game and totally trash the next fiora you fight :)

Sometimes I do amazing. Other times, I question why I even chose the champion I'm using because I can't do a damn thing right with it even if I went 12/0/8 with that same champion last game.

I've recently experienced intense Main Confusion, where I think I've begun to suck at my main and then as the replacement main in a vicious cycle of self-doubt.

Sure am glad that I refunded Veigar's legendary since I suck at him. Way better at trundle.

Goes 20/3 as for the first time in 4 years.

I'm feeling refunder's remorse.

I also have those times as Trundle, where since he can theoretically counter w/e that, I end up feeding a Riv'o or a Fifi after gloating about how good a counter Trundle is to all melee AD champs.

Yes... I had a Pantheon game where I missed half of my normal cs within 6 minutes for no damn reason. It's pretty tilting.

I have 100k with Vayne and usually I'll just lose lane anyway unless my support spoonfeeds me. I get way too hype and nervous with this champion because Vayne's positioning is extremely crucial, also the APM with this champion makes me misclick

Yasuo nope nope nope, I can't play him Caitlyn I can't play CAIT because she is so reliant on bullying lane. decent self peel, bad ultimate for teamfights and long range really doesn't make this champion a "game changer" per-say and you have to rely on PURE fundamentals which is hard. Draven I cannot play this champion with the amount of Assassins I'm up against, huge micromanage, and you can become so cocky you can throw games trying to get damage off Lucian It's sad that I main ADC but do not play Lucian.. it's more so getting the most DPS off that is challenging Riven I can't q auto attack cancel.. yet. LeeSin Wardhopping not fast enough Jayce This guy just makes me feel depressed while playing him. One combo makes you almost oom and the amount of trade-heavy gapclosing champions make lanes hard. Also if you have greater Range than Jayce's autos, you really have to outplay people perfectly or else your a poke bot with huge CDs. Kalista I'm not bad with kalista, but sometimes I fail to execute people with rend or auto too much when I could just kill someone with rend then die Gangplank I can do the double barrel poke, but the triple barrel is a bit too difficult for me.

Dont feel so bad, Fiora would have outscaled you 5 minutes into the game and murdered your entire team with a Titanic Hydra into full tank build, because Fiora. Feel free to wipe your tears on her pbe nerfs: Riposte (W) cooldown increased to 24/22/20/18/16 from 19/18/17/16/15. Bladework (E) - two changes to CD of this ability: Cooldown lowered to 13/11/9/7/5 from15/13/11/9/7 Cooldown now starts after you've attacked twice or buff falls off.

R hits jg with full health Jinx DAMN Fizz Tries to predict where enemy is going and throws ult in the wrong direction TahmKench Tries to save Adc and W's minion near them Tryndamere Is slamming buttons on keyboards while attacking enemy top laner and activates r thinking it does damage Twitch Q's and tries to sneak up to kill champion but forgets it has CC and gets humped Sivir Uses ult to escape assassin only for them to kill me the moment I use it Annie Uses Q to stun one enemy during a full-man gank Spam laughing at an Amumu because I think he wont dive me under a tower only for him to q me and then ult me Gnar R's enemy into their turret when I meant to kill them with the damage from it

Well...sometimes I do... S4 = B 1 S5 = B 4 S6 = B 5 ...although....when your adc goes 0/7 and jungler 5/14 .....thats not much of your fault

Sometimes when dealing with a really screwy skill match-up like Xerath vs. Yasuo , I end up making the same mistake despite knowing exactly what's going to happen in a fight.

Most times, you can chalk it up to a broken champion or a mistake or two that put you behind, but other times you're just left sitting there wondering how the hell everything went wrong with no explanation.
