Champ concept - The Bully
This champion is a bully goblin who wields a bat as his choice of weapon.
Passive: Gang Up When there is a numbers advantage, Bully deals additional damage. With 1 ally: Gain 110% damage 2 allies: Gain 120% damage 3 allies: Gain 130% damage 4 allies: Gain 150% damage
Q: Metal Bat 1st cast: Swings in a cone shape dealing AOE damage in front of him. 2nd cast: Slams the bat down, knocking up enemies hit.
W: Torment Passive: Enemies with less percentage health than Bully are labelled as weak. Bully gains increasing movement speed towards fragile targets. Active: Throws his bat at an enemy crippling them if they are under 70% health. If the enemy is hit, Torment heals Bully and grants brief haste.
E: Rascal Kicks a target dealing physical damage. Crippled enemies, or enemies that are crowd controlled when kicked are dealt additional true damage.
R: Intimidation Enemies under 30% health are feared for 2 seconds when attacked by Bully. Bullies next 3 attacks have these effects. 1st attack: Deal 250% extra damage 2nd attack: Silences for 2 seconds 3rd attack: Deal 300% damage and summon a gang of 3 goblins to your side.
