Victorious Skins

So, in Season 4 I was placed in Silver 3. Like all other Silvers, I really wanted the Victorious skin that would be released at the end of the season. It meant a TON to me. Luckily I got Gold 3 and I was able to get the skin, and it was Morgana. That was cool and all, but Morgana was a really popular champion and a lot of people already had skins for her. Her Victorious skin was really cool, but I was a bit let down because I didn't get the other Victorious Skins. I think if you're Victorious, you're Victorious, it shouldn't matter when you did it. I can't get Victorious Jarvan, Janna, or Elise simply because I wasn't around at that time, but because I wasn't around that time it doesn't mean I couldn't have earned the skin. Victorious skins should represent skill, not how long you've been playing the game.

That being said, I propose that if you've Unlocked a Victorious skin, you may unlock all of the **PREVIOUS ** Victorious skins for a cost of 975 RP each if you own the champion. That way players who earned it during the time it was released are still rewarded and players who earned it afterwards can still get it. So if you got Victorious in S2, you can get the S1 Victorious skin but not the S3 one if you didn't reach Gold.
