I don't think that's reportable, it shouldn't be certainly. I go into solo queue with the mentality of "Everyone here sucks beyond belief" and if you do, I'll let you know. With 3 words. "Lol, you're bad" if I get reported for that, then that's stupid. You're either good or your bad, and I'll tell you which one of the two you are.
