not sure about broken, good yes. jax is pretty good with it too. his q and e apply it right off the bat. but you need a different mana item. how did he gap close with udyr with less movement? boots of swiftness, smite, or righteous glory?
Being full tank sion was your first mistake. your second mistake was expecting an udyr to not wreck you because even without the new black cleaver udyr was a tank destroyer.
