[Rune path idea]: Sabotage
#Path name: Sabotage <Numbers need tweaking, they're just thrown there to give an idea; also my bad, this was initially posted in the wrong board>

- Detection: enemy wards within your line of sight get marked (but not revealed nor disabled: you can just see that there is a ward).
- Distraction: when an enemy damages you, for the next 10 seconds 15% of the gold he'd gain from CS is given to you instead. (This would help, for example, in ranged vs melee matchups)
- Memory leak: damaging an enemy champion reduces their damage output by 3% per stack (gain one stack per second in combat) until out of combat.
#High tier:
- Contagion: whenever you are killed, for 10 seconds the enemies who got an assist are slowed by 30%, and, in addition to that, the killer is Grounded.
- Stiffness: enemies within range lose 20% attack speed
- Corruption: enemies within range have their cooldowns increased by 15%
#Mid tier:
- Greed: every minute, you get bonus gold equal to 5% of the average gold you had in the last minute (if on average you had 300 unspent gold, then you get 15 bonus gold).
- Wrath: when an enemy in range gets minion or tower aggro, said minions/tower get 10% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
- Sloth: enemies in range have their dashes/blinks/displacements lose 10% of their duration or range (whichever applies).
#Low tier:
- Tilt: every 4-7 seconds (random), enemies in range hear a random Teemo quote.
- Lag: every 4-7 seconds (random), enemies in range see your champion snap in place (as if they were lagging - I'm sure you know what I mean, everybody has lagged at some point or another).
- Glitch: every 4-7 seconds (random), enemies in range have their interface blink (disappear and reappear immediately).
