Krystal is an icemage and will be a hybrid of the ice champions already in league of legends.

Passive: Ice-cold Heart Enemy induced crowd control does not work on Krsytal besides (airborne, supression, knockback) Instead Krystal takes magic damage.

Q: Arctic snowball For 0.5 seconds, Krystal is slowed by 25%. During this time she channels a freezing snowball which can be thrown at enemies. This is Krystals poke ability and is on short cooldown. A snowball deals magic damage and will slow enemies by 20% for 5 seconds. Each additional snowball hit will apply another 20% slow. At 5 snowball hits the enemy is frozen. (does not go through minions and is a skillshot)

W: Snap Freeze Krystal unleashes an aura of extremely cold wind around her which freezes enemies for 0.5 seconds and cancels all dashes, incoming projectiles and channels. Deals magic damage.

E: Icy trail Krystal shoots out ice on the ground dealing magic damage and the trail lasts 10 seconds. The trail gives allies enhanced movement speed while enemies are slowed while on the trail and will freeze if on it for more than 5 seconds.

R: Hellish Blizzard After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Krystal unleashes a blizzard, terraforming 3000 units around her. The blizzard lasts 12 seconds and will slow enemies by 20%, deal minor damage overtime and reduce incoming damage to allies. While in the blizzard ally crowd control lasts 25% longer and Krsytals abilities have 25% reduced cooldowns.

What do you think?

Hey, I love Ice mages and people, so I would love to see one. But your "Hybrid of current ice champions" through me off for the abilities. Let's go over them.

Passive: Ice Cold Heart If her passive is going to be this powerful, she needs a drawback. She is impossible to stop without a knock-up, Suppression or Knockback. No many champs have strong CC and even fewer have CC involving one of the three. This makes her Anti-fun to play against and difficult. If you're married to the idea of this, you should make it immune during certain conditions, or give her a drawback that makes it worth it. Taking extra Magic Damage isn't enough.

Q: Arctic Snowball - Each snowball does a 20% slow, stacking 5 times. But each slow only lasts 5 seconds. the ability would have to be on a near-instant cooldown to actually hit a champ 5 times in 5 seconds.

I'm assuming you meant each snowball to refresh the slow, but that also makes the champ Anti-fun. He constant, increasing Slow would make it impossible to get on her, basically making her the ultimate kite for Melee champions. The stacking is fine, but it stacks too fast and lasts too long.

Ideally, the first 20% slow would last 5 seconds, the next 40% slow would last another 5 seconds, while also making it easier to hit the next 60% and so on. That's 20 seconds slowed, and more frozen. People would probably rage quit after the first 5 seconds.

W: Snap Freeze - I like this ability, I think it'll be hard to show this ability working in a .5 second window, but I like it. Just try to clarify more of what it actually does.

E: Icey Trail - The effects last too long on the champion, there is virtually nothing in the game that a champ does that last more than 5 seconds. Yours last for 10 seconds.

R: Hellish Blizzard - a 12-second ult, that CC, increases CC and probably the most range in the game. This makes her more Anti-fun to play against, too long of CC and too much. You have to work on the length of your abilities and timing. But the idea of increasing your teammate's own CC is a novel idea.

I like the idea you had, but I think it needs some Reworks. Having an Ice Champ that's a CC machine isn't a bad idea, but to keep her fun for both sides, it needs some outplay and advanced mechanics. I never suggest new abilities or tell someone what their champion should be, only things I think work or don't. I think you should find alternative ways to implement your CC. Look at how previous champs do it, such as Braum, Sejuani and some supports.
