Quinn Revamp instead of Rework
Well, id like to say this: the new
in s6 is a HEAVY NERF in comparation to the current Quinn, taking out her dueling capacity, her assasination capacity and a lot of versatility from her, and nerfing the early impact of her passive heavily, and reducing Valor to a simple horse. Now it is just Quinn and Quinn on the figth, the legendary war eagle she uses is now a coward bird that flies aways when it sees an enemy... but lets get to the main problem.
The problem with Quinn: **-**She has a hard time being a traditional ADC. **-**A difficult early. **-**Her ult grants a massive assasination burst but she has NO SCAPES **-**It is sometimes hard to get to the target as her E is targeted and sometimes there are obstacles like cliffs and such wich seems to reduce a flying bird to an animal wich is tied to the ground. **-**It can be hard to tell for many when to use her ult and many just use it to flee. **-**Valor has no passive to at least make it a decent melee -to prolong the time it remains as a melee-
The Problems with the NEW QUINN: **- **Valor is just a simple horse now - Totally reduced burst capacity, which is sold by RITO as a buff. 3-4 seconds burst is not a true burst, her "old" burst was done in 1.5 seconds. - No assasination capacity, no defense-blind. - Her unique scape tool has been rendered useless - No dueling capacity, hard trades, dependant on poke now. - Capacity to be a midlane, a toplane or a jungler removed (and she was better as a jungler or as a midlaner than an adc).
The new Quinn has good tools, a good Q for farming, a good roaming capacity, a more reliable E (it wont take you super far away if the target blinks or dashes) and a W that allows you to see Stealth (something that
and the {{summoner:2}} spell should do as well), but it just changes her to a level where she feels boring, useless and more predictable than ever. If they at least had reduced the casting time per level of her R it would at least allow her to scape. Many players didn't use her as a melee because they couldn't figure how and when to do so. I used her in many lanes and I love to use Valor and go into a melee burst, she can be used in a Kata style, when they are weak to max out the area damage of her R, or in an ambush special style, running in the team fight and entering from behind, erasing the enemy ADC in a quick rage. With that gone the new Quinn is just a nerf to fit an specific gameplay which is now redundant, and with the new buffs to many champions there are better options for this role, that leads me to my proposal.
**Re-Revamped **
Quinn should not be take as a traditional ADC, but more as a champion with an hibrid gameplay like
or
My advice is to return Quinn to the S5 state but keeping the changes on her E and W which are really welcome! (thanks riot)
As live (s5) she is able to keep her range and play as a quick asassin in melee mode. All she needs to reinforce her gameplay is not a damage buff but an upgraded ability to scape (still the things they did to her E and her W are awesome).
New Recommended items: she needs to have her recommended items changed as she benefits even more from armor penetration, cooldown reduction and critical than regular builds:

Also she gets more benefit from this next combo as it has synergy with Harrier (passive):

If she is to be played as a tank, the new item:
is a MUST use, as it has a heavy synergy with Valor. Im not considering the new ADC items by now. Also the plate has a good synergy with trinity.
CHANGES:
**Passive (Harrier): **if a target has been marked by Valor in the last 1.5 seconds Quinn's R will cause her to appear within the marked target.
New Q: Interacts with Quinn's R, now when she uses her Q and the projectile (Valor) is fliying Quinn becomes able to activate her R, appearing upon the location of the Q's missile or on the point it landed within the last 1.5 seconds. Has priority over Harrier new utility. Also this allows Valor to use the Q in the same way Vi does, causing it to dash until it collides with a target, can be double-clicked to use it as live /S5) causing the current AoE melee effect. Blind is unchanged.
New E: Vault can be targeted on the ground (only after level 6 -level 1 R-) causing Quinn or Valor to dash upon the location, withouth applying Vault. Also as a balance, the E manacost is set to 65 from 50.
**New Valor Passive (only active when on Valor Mode): ** Valor gains a 10% of Quinn's AD as Magic Resist and Armor (usually 30 at lategame) and causes him to have a 10% extra chance to land a critical strike against blinded targets.
These changes are meant to reinforce her gameplay and allow her to make good moves and feel like a versatile champion, also reinforcing her capacity in other lanes because she is no longer meant to be considered as a traditional adc, new champions like
and some others like
and
, even
and
are a good proof that some champions shouldn't be meant just for one role. Her new changes will allow her to gain extra mobiliy when she swaps to Valor, allowing it to use the Q as an engage-scape tool and leaving the E behind as an scape tool for Quinn to use, it can also be double used by Valor to TRULY FLY trough an space giving it extra mobility in exchange of using high amounts of mana. Also the new Valor passive will allow it to be a decent melee fighter if you want to stand a good time as a melee.
