#Champion DNA

  • Gameplay: A skirmisher support with high mobility that is capable of zoning & peeling against assassins. No airborn effect exist in his kit.
  • Story: A deputy assisting Caitlyn Vi in Piltover
  • Design: A fox human like Vastaya character.

#Kit

  • Passive: Dash gain movementspeed when near ally champions. Every ally near him will buildup a bar called attachment. When this bar is full Dash can dash to them blocking the first projectile they recieve.
  • Q: Dash dashes in a straight line. Allies near him will heal. Allies that pass him to the side will also gain a burst of movementspeed. The heal scales with bonus AD.
  • W: Dash spins a full rotation dealing AOE physical damage (can crit) removing all cc effects on himself. If he removes cc the damage range is increased. The dash damage scales with total attackspeed.
  • E: Dash next auto attack will deal physical damage & silence the enemy. This is an attack reset.
  • R: Dash can freely use his Q with no mana cost & reduced cooldown trying to connect 4 chain to each side of the enemy champion. When all 4 chains are connected the enemy is rooted & grounded.

A few questions before I do a more in-depth review: Are his auto attacks ranged or melee? How does his q place/attach chains during his ult? Could you give me a general idea about his q range, cooldown (empowered and unempowered), and the cc durations on his e and r? What kind of build(s) are you expecting him to use? How is he intended to play in laning phase and teamfights? What kind of weapon does he use? Any extra lore in general would be great since he sounds like he could be a really interesting character in light of the Ziggs short story. Also, there's no point in making his ult both root and ground the target since a root already prevents dashes and blinks.
