Chroma idea.

(Now if anyone is curious how would champ select address the custom chroma, it'd be listed as "custom")

Now as we all know, some of the more popular skins don't have Chroma like Final boss Veigar, Arcade Riven, Super Galaxy series, star guardian series, mechanic Sion and Scorched earth Renekton.

Well I was thinking we could have the option to make our own chroma skin,

Here's how it would work,

You choose the skin you want to make it for (ANY SKIN THAT'S NOT ULTIMATE OR DOESN'T ALREADY HAVE A CHROMA),

Then it brings up a 3D model of the chosen skin that can be looked at from ANY angle (like LoLKing's 3D model feature), then the player can choose colors for hair and uniform, (colors that are already set are displayed to the side and are changed from there)

And to acquire these Chroma skins for gameplay, a player would have to pay 530 RP ($5 USD of RP) however, players can only use this feature ONCE per skin.
