I would give you several good tips on how to make a popular champion concept. All these tips are based on my personal experience in this forum.

Lets start what you shouldn't do:

  1. Don't make a mechanically difficult, hard to master or innovative champion. People here don't like those. Here is an example.
  2. Don't make your champion's kit similar in any way possible to any other champion. Your champions kit must be unique. Trust me, i know from experience.
  3. Don't make a simple to use champion. People here hate easy to use champions and click-on abilities. Everything have to be a skill-shot. If you make champion with click-on abilities, then your concept will end up like this one.
  4. Don't make dark knight or paladin themed concepts. People here don't like those. They like dragons, make a dragon concept.
  5. Never make a concept which would have anything to do with juggernauts. And never ever make a concept about hart to master juggernaut.
  6. Never try to make unique mechanics for your concept. You have to make your champion's very simple to use and understand.
  7. Don't make elemental champions. Especially fire element or lightning element.
  8. Don't make an unique champ. People don't want those here.
  9. Don't make your dragon into support champion. Trust me.

Now, lets talk about things you should do:

  1. Always agree with douchebags who picks on you in your concept's comment section. If you disagree with them, then they will downvote your concept and ask their friends to do the same.
  2. Hand-draw everything. Never use computer programs or creator kits to make your champion. If you don't hand-draw your champion, then it will end up like this one.
  3. Explain every part of your champion's in great details. Your concept must be clear and simple as glass. If you don't then there is 4 immature people who will downvote your concept and ask their friends to do the same. I know their names, but i will not share them here.
  4. Try to make something which have never been make. It have to be simple, not unique and easy to use. Bonus points if it is a dragon.
  5. Have at least 4-6 friends who will instantly upvote your concepts after you post them. (works for other, haven't tested myself, because my friends don't play LoL)

In conclusion, here is some general info:

  1. People here don't like unique, hard to use, simple to use, fun and non-dragon champions. Try to avoid making a concept like any of those.
  2. No mater what you do, there is 3-4 people who will downvote your concept no mater how good it is. It is a norm.
  3. If your concept above -5, then it means your concept is at least decent.
  4. Don't try to argue with douchebags. Best solution would be to report them and ignore their comments.

I hope it helps. Now go ahead and make a popular champion concept.

Ooh! Ooh! I made a dark knight thingy, it mostly went unnoticed though. It was above -5, however. Cuz it went unnoticed. And... it was more about shadows/night type of dark, than the type you used. Ah, found it! Let me know what you think.

Also, I love dragons. So I am kinda insulted by some of the things you said ); Unfortunately all the dragons I've seen look not to my taste (bony, skeleton, etc)

And, another tip to make a popular champion concept - post it while lots of people are on these boards! If it sits for a day, it'll go unnoticed forever.

Seems most of your examples are things without any posts, but still below 0. Do you have some gang of people who are your enemy or something? Who always downvotes your stuff?
