000Fesbra000 Drew the Visuals of this Champion and i thought that League needs some annoying Champions once again for fun, and this champion could fit the meta perfectly for being annoying. I can list his gameplay later on so i'll keep this thread ready for edit anytime but i hope you guys like the idea too
