Nice job on the skin. I've enjoyed it since its first release. I was afraid he would be too dark and evil, but he fits the war-torn vet well. The quips when you buy a major item are great, and his general talk fits the theme well.

I think the voice over fits him better. in his lore he changes from happy to well, not happy when he goes into battle. and being on the rift is a type of battle
Another reason to play Teemo is not a good thing goddamnit
Honestly though, by far the best part of that skin is the recall animation.
I didn't even buy it for myself because I hate Teemo, but I did buy it for a friend because he also hates Teemo and now I can force him to play it.
I like Teemo's kit, but I almost have to mute the game when playing him because I hate his standard voice over (it's a good VO, I just hate it). I should probably buy this skin soon...
