Really only Darkin form needs a nerf.
Shadow Assassin is fine as it is.
tbh he is usually only strong when ahead
Kayn is stupid strong and Riot doesn't care that there exists a champion who can 1v1 bruisers while being 2 levels behind
Just cc him? Always such typical pat answer toward any champion that is a problem. Just cc him..... pretty much works for ANY champion.... doh. That doesn't negate him still being a problem. He has his own cc available before or after his ult, and an escape that makes him near impossible to follow.
