Spamming masteries should be rated as a higher offense

A couple of mastery emotes is not the problem, particularly if it was a good play. The problem comes when they CONSTANTLY spam their masteries. It’s no better than spamming ez.

I warned one blitz about his constant spamming, and of course, he did it even more, and started doing all kinds of extra crap -- spamming dancing, laughing etc. I expected that response. He said, "go ahead and report me," because we both know RIOT will not do a dang thing about the problem.

RIOT, this is not the first time this topic has been raised. Why not do something about it?

Muting does NOT stop pings, masteries, dancing, laughing etc. If it did, that would be great.

LOL

its called bming and its not going anywhere.

why are u so mad over it? its not hurting you, just ignore it.

it looks like you got tilted hard, exactly why blitz did it

Last I heard, /mute stops you from seeing all emotes.

I'll take mastery emotes over hearing /laugh from Lux on repeat. Any. Damn. Day.

We shouldn't have to put up with any form of in-game harassment. These spam laughs, dancing, masteries is RIOT's way of saying it's ok to be a jerk.

Had another game, and another blitz, spamming masteries all the time. Thanks for allowing this toxic crap RIOT.

Okay... I am all for the penalty system for toxicity... but seriously?!? I really do get annoyed when someone spams mastery in my face. Yeah, it bothers me and even comes close to tilting me. Not because someone is doing it though, but because he probably just owned my face and that just pisses me off. But to report for it?! That's kind of like the whole "No celebration in the end zone" argument that led to NFL being sarcastically referred to as the No Fun League. Pretty soon you will be asking Riot to penalize someone for winning (so long as they are not on your team).

Cornerstone14/15/2017, 12:08:35 PM1 votes

The blitz's were NOT in my lane, it had nothing to do with winning or loosing, it had to do with jerk behavior. Did you read the post? I said the occasional mastery is cool, particularly on good outplays. You somehow go from spamming penalties to winning a game as a penalty, good grief.

I've never seen so many sensitive people in my life! If you allow people you don't even know affect you this much emotionally...you need help...

Cornerstone14/15/2017, 10:09:48 PM1 votes

You seem to think our feelings get hurt....not. It's about sportsmanship.

Cornerstone14/12/2017, 5:17:36 PM1 votes

I didn't get tilted hard. I played well, however, the poor sportsmanship is the thing that is frustrating. bming is just another word for poor sportsmanship, and is NOT ok.

Last 2 comments are irrelevant, and typical of the problem in the game itself. Just throw out insults because you have nothing intelligent to say, and/or you know you can get away with it because RIOT won't do anything about it on these boards or in game.
