BACKSTORY While Zilean is well known for his ability over time, none know of the other being that controls time, one who was thought of as dead to every one, including Zilean. That man is known as Eon

Eon and Zilean use to both be partners in the understanding and interest in the concepts of time, always doing their research inside the Clock Tower of the city. Though Eon soon grew an intention that far differed from his partner, he wanted to see if he could manipulate time, bend it to his will and be renowned as a hero. Upon hearing the war was coming, he knew that time was coming short and if he didn't soon obtain those powers and uses them than the city would surely fall. Soon he was able to device a machine that allowed him to manipulate time, but was stopped by Zilean, who at the time felt like no person should have that kind of power. After a struggle over the machine, Zilean accidentally damage the device which Eon was still attached to. And in a flash of bright light, he vanished.

What ever happend to Eon, or how he was able to return from where he went, remains unknown. But according to what Eon claims, he was able to fix him machine and master the powers of time itself. He then proceeded went from timeline to timeline, searching for the one he belonged to. Just as Zilean feared such power shouldn't belong to just one man, as it's driven him to insanity. An insanity that has found it's way into the League.

"I could have saved everyone if Zilean didn't interfere, now he is no longer my friend, but a man that must suffer for what he has done." -Eon

Upon Selection: Time bends to me

Moving: Tick, Tock, Tick I know what will happen there It's Time Let's move foward

Attacking: Time's Up I'll erase you from this timeline Your wasting your time

Taunt: Eon spawns an hourglass that floats above his right hand and then crushes it My allies may beat you, but I can make it as if you were never born! Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of your life! I've seen the future, you don't exist in it!

Jokes: Time is just a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff really Time Travel does exist, I'll have invented it next weekend

Taunts at Zilean: You... This was all your fault, now SUFFER! We could have saved our city if you didn't stop me!

Getting a Kill/Assist with Zilean: We shall work together, this time anyhow Note that this is one of few timelines I helped you, so your welcome

Allies: Volibear - An enemy of Zilean is a friend to him Nautilus - Understands what it feels like to be betrayed

Rivals: Zilean - Interferred with plans and wants revenge Velkoz - Doesn't feel like a voidling is worthy to know the powers of time

Possible Event: Battle for Time

Requirements: Both Eon and Zilean must have their ultimates maxed out and both have a total of 12 kills/assists each (so Eon could have 10/2 and Zilean could have 5/7 and it would trigger). After the requirements are filled Eon or ZIlean must take part in killing the other in order for the quest to be completed, and similar to the Kha'Zix v Rengar event the winner gets a permanent buff. What that buff is I am not 100% certain, I was thinking that the buff gives them max CD for the rest of the match, but that's just an idea is all.

So can you give some reasoning, DeviIs, of why they're identical? I mean, I can check (and can confirm that this is Chronos, but with a global-target instead of self-only ult that requires a channel, and an innate passive that Chronos basically doesn't have), but if you're going to accuse somebody of theft like that, at least give examples.

Hahahaha.

No excuses, OP. If you want evidence and just quote my post with a carot key? :) Enjoy the dunk.

You ripped this. Evidence: Your phrasing on W. It is word-for-word as used on the Smite wikia page for Chronos' passive. And has the same numbers. And your kit has the same moves, if we're being general... but [as I have argued already] that's not a reason enough by itself.

Chronos accelerates himself over time for 7s, allowing him to move 20% faster initially and gaining 4/8/12/16/20% speed over time. While active, his attack speed is increased by 15/20/25/30/35% and he is not affected by the attacking movement speed debuff. This ability also stops the Wheel of Time.

Section I: Heal 1.5% Max Health per Second Section II: 75% Mana Refund On Abilities Section III: +20% Magical Power Section IV: +35% Magical Power Contribution to Basic Attacks

Copies happen only because somebody deliberately copies. You copied the abilities word for word. If you had actually framed it the way that the League's tooltips are framed, you would instead have something like the end of this post.

Otherwise, what you have is two examples of an idea that were thought up independently. Which is a perfectly fine thing, since they were thought up in isolation. What made me convinced that this was a copy, what made me write that, was the phrasing and numbers being almost the same.

12-3: Recovers 10.5% of Maximum Health over the duration 3-6: a) Gains mana equal to 75% of the damage dealt with abilities OR b) Mana costs are reduced by 75%. I'm not actually sure which one it's supposed to be. Just says 'refund'. 6-9: +20% Increased Ability Power 9-12: Basic Attacks deal (35% AP) bonus Magic Damage on-hit.

Passive: It sounds like you have to get the killing blow, that would be fair for the effect of a possible 2.5 second stun... but you don't clearly state if the shift is around the killed player, your your champion... nor the distance effected. you just need to make sure that they do have time to dodge it if they are near the anomaly.

Q: 140 damage at level 1.... that is a huge chunk of damage... and the scaling keeps the base damage pretty high. i believe the current base damage is one of the highest base damage i've seen. think of it this way, you are dealing nearly 1/4th of most champions base damage from one ability.

W: This ability is a speed boost that has a bonus effect... and in my opinion 2 of the 4 are rather useless, the heal is useful in all situations, the mana cost reduction isn't worth it really... you will normally have only 2 abilities available to you that will benefit from it, your ult will normally be on CD, same logic with the AP boost in my opinion. the 4th section is another useful one as you gain bonus AD from boosting AP with items.

E: this ability rubs me wrong... you get a slow then a 1 second stun if hit.... I don't like that it grants both a slow and a stun. plus your ability hits two times. so your damage total is 60/100/140/180/220 +120% AP. which is rather high, How fast doe the phenimina travel from him?

R: This ult actually sounds similar to an ability i have on a champ i havnt released yet, but My comments about your champion is, it has ) counter play except running away without not fighting... which would be too strong in a team fight... since they cant deal damage to ANYONE for 6/8/10 seconds... its ridiculous and would make any team fight one sided, especially since you cant stop him ... This makes the ability like a tactical karthus ultimate that deals true damage, mixed with a buffed soraka ult since it negates and returns ALL damage.
