Idea for a champion (not a concept - hoping for a rioter)

What if we had some sort of tanky fighter buffing character. Not a support. Think about what garen seems like. He's a "knight in shining armor". That doesnt really sound like someone who just tries to duel people, does it? I think we should have an initiator/buffer character. The closest i can think of atm is taric, but more of a top laner and not a support.
