Analysis of Rito's most recent reworks

I'm not going to put that much here, i just wanted to hear ppls thoughts about the quality of recent reworks I'll put my thoughts here:

Sion: Amazing, full props to riot for giving him an identity and making him viable Ashe ^^ Cassiopeia: It was definitely improvement, but it could have been better. IMO the passive should reward people more for doing well rather than just being based off of time Vegiar: Actually, imo this wasn't that bad of an idea. The inst-stun was reallly annoying, and i know taht generally making point and click abilities skillshots is usually a mistake, but his q was not essential to hit nor is it even hard now. He's also not as bad as most people think - he's subpar, but he's sitting on a solid 48% winrate and now that he has counterplay riot can buff him when necessary Ryze: has potential if they fix his numbers... but atm he is too weak Zilean: bad,, just bad... his only form of dmg was made into a skillshot wtf

Ashe's rework is ridiculous, making her vision eagle global and changing her q to a basic attack rape is unbearable to go up against. Its pretty obvious that Rito did this to make ea$y money on her skin bundle set, then they'll nerf her and continue the cycle with another champ. (Incoming die-hard ashe fan circle jerk downvotes)

Veigar's rework was terrible, look at other mid lane mages, including our new retardedly op assasin Ekko.

I like Zilean's. Well, I don't like it but I don't hate it. I don't know if you're ever played against mid lane zilean, but it's extremely toxic. His bomb combo was very costly, but it instantly did half of your health in damage and you had no way to dodge it. Hitting the new bombs is a bit difficult, but if you actually manage to bomb something twice, it's one of the most powerful CCs in the game, and big AOE/nuke stun and it only took your Q and W.

Zileans rework looks amazing on paper. An aoe nuke stun. Almost permanently slowing someone by 99%. But it is too damn risky to get 2 bombs. He used to be a good pick for reliable poke but now playing zilean is like playing drunken darts.

I think that Zilean and Veigar were done by the balance team rather than the rework team, although I am not sure about Zilean.

To add to your list: Skarner - failure until the passive change, then success Tristana - more work needed. Not necessarily a failure (it fixed her problems) but it doesn't feel quite right yet. Nidalee - success. Cougar form is needed now Gragas - sucess. Need I say more? The fat man feels more like he is part of a bar fight now. Rengar - Eh... I'm not entirely sure what was supposed to be fixed with the rework. Could somebody enlighten me? Xerath - success

And honourable mentions: Kassadin Kassadin Kassadin

The first two failed - fixed nothing - but the most recent one has actually left Kassadin in a decent spot (see pro games) without being pick or ban.
