One free dodge per day (to deal with champion select trolls)
Title says it all, also allow for flagging in the lobby so that ppl there won't get matched up with you again.

You get one very cheap dodge per day already. Totally free ones would be abused.
Blocking people from matchmaking in Ranked is also abusable.
Maybe they should make "dodges" like re-rolls in ARAM, if you play enough games you get them and you can only have a cap of 2.
There needs to be a punishment system put in place for.
. Non Communication . Champion Select Toxicity
. Adding a role selection system or builder to ranked so players can choose roles would help reduce toxicity.
I have been in games where i clearly communicate, and I get players telling me hateful things in champion select, auto locking, and then harassing chat, Its almost impossible for me to personally find a good match sometimes.
LIke honestly I have gotten 3-4 good games today, but every time I hit Promo's its usually a fail, or Get a great team, next Team is toxic type of thing, and I get reported a lot more by toxic players harassing chat than I get with non toxic and friendly players, so the chances of getting more automated restrictions are high.
We need more than a free dodge but rather.
. Vote disband . Role Selection System for ranked. . A way to report toxic players in champion select.
The amount of toxic players I have personally been experience is very high lately not only to myself but have seen others being abused and reported by other toxic players.

One free dodge might be too much. Technically, you DO get a free dodge before any REAL cooldown punishment sets in (5 minutes first dodge of the day).
I like Dota's style where you can have ONE free abandon (Kinda like a dodge) per WEEK. This can't be abused and it allows you to get out of a bad game.
I just don't understand the mentality that these people have. If you go into a ranked game you should be ready to play any role and you should be ready to win. Coming in with a bad attitude is never going to end well. Its not like these people aren't losing LP as well.
Players also seem to think that they are immune from punishment for anything they say or do either in champ select or post game. Riot really should smash some toxic players for the crap they pull in champ select or the attitude they have post game to send a message to the other trolls.
Yes and yes. Too many times I'm in series or 1 win from series and I get a team that just picks whatever. Poppy jungle, AP shaco top, etc. I don't mind unconventional meta picks, but not completely troll ones.
Losing 3 lp isn't that big but when you are in series there is nothing you can do, which is stupid.
I would use it every day to dodge games with bad matchup. Everyone would do this. So maybe after 4 champion selections a game would actually start.
that would get very annoying when people just don't like their team comp... and decide to quit at the last second. which happens a lot already.
