NEW Settings: Random Character Selection

For modes such as Aram or new URF. Just a thought but if the minimum is like 16-20 owned champions. Maybe players with 60+ or 100+ champs can goto settings and have 16 selected champs for chance. That way people don't get singed in aram or URF if they don't want to. Its a thought. I mean 1/16 champion selection is still random. I mean itll also prevent people from logging onto multiple characters for yet another reason.
