Wasteland (cheaters, toxic, afks)

In other games online. I have seen areas specifically made for people who break the rules. Its just a funny twisted way to deal with people. But maybe a mode called wasteland where the bad players are restricted to. But you are able to freely play and leave as you wish. It gives people a mirror almost to play with similar players as well. STILL KEEP AFK BUSTER and mutes. But adding this on top would be funny.
