What Do I do when top lane takes entire top jungle?

I was playing as evelyn. Top laner (riven) took smite. I was like cool off meta item what ever. Then lvl 1 he went straight for my red camp (while I was at blue) and took red camp. I said cool so maybe he will just bully lane. Then once I was almost done with bot camps. He was almost done with top camps. He then would goto his lane and cs. At this time I had two options. Option 1 just wait for bot camps to spawn again and let him continue this trend or option 2 i could sit in someones lane and try to cs. So i Chose top. where he was then he would flame me with his pre queued mate. Then after a bit we got ganked and he let me die (of course who didnt see that coming) then i decided to farm bot jungle when it came up and he followed and last hit / smited everything he could while he was near me. By the way if yall dont know. evelyn sucks lane so even if i went top entire time it was incredibly hard to cs. i couldnt just quit cause then id be reported. but i also couldnt really team fight or id feed bc of how behind i was thus it looked like i was inting by just farming. WHAT DO I DO IN THAT SITUATION IT WAS SUCH BULL ####.

Lastly,

if that isnt bannable or reportable. thats my new perm way of doing things in the future. I will be the next riven. Good luck junglers (espically evelyn ones who cant cs lanes well at all)

When someone deliberately fucks me over in a game, I just make sure they don't get what they want. They want a gold lead by taking my camps? I'll take their CS and/or feed their laner a kill. They ban my champ? I'll take a strong CS'er and take their lane. They want to flame their support? I'll spend the game roaming.

Call it petty, call it feeding the fire...the only way children learn is by having what they want denied them.

Go to his lane and take all his CS. If he doesnt cut it out - go sit in his lane and take his CS.

Counter jungle as much as possible and leave your top side be. Report her after game and move on.

What would that accomplish? Those junglers you are going play with in the future had nothing to do with what that riven player did to you. You'd only be making the world a shittier place, is that really what you want your legacy to be?

Congrats, you're no better than they are. For all you know someone did this to them in the past and they've responded exactly the way you plan to.

Being Eve probably made that situation tougher than it would've been otherwise.

mute the duo
call them out on their shit plays without profanity
attempt ganks and counterjungling- be sure to secure the kill for yourself whenever you can
if you succeed and manage to get ahead, proceed to take all cs riven and / or the duo tries to reach for
repeat 2-5

if toplaner takes jungle, you as jungler are entitled to take his minions, seems fair enough if he complains,, he's just trolling, nothing much to do then, report and move on

You have two options:

A. You can camp the lanes. Top, Mid, Bot, whatever. Just don't steal their cs, that's a dick thing to do.

B. You can try to counterjungle the enemy's camps.

If it was happening to me id just farm up bot side and try to swing by top around lvl 4, get the ball rolling top side so you, riven, and their duo partner can get rift herald (its really easy to blow open games with her)

If riven takes ur red buff and then just feeds you lost that game, thats just league sometimes

They real question is if you are seeing that happening, why are you still doing full bot clears? Change your pathing so it puts you in a good position to counter jungle and get crabs.

It takes 80 seconds to do that half map clear, are you telling me that you never even looked at the mini-map and planned ahead?
