Andre, the Puppetmaster

Overview: A unique champion who uses his living puppets to attack for him and the dark energy inside of him to take control of other champions.

Lore: Andre was born to the Serpentine Gypsies, along with Twisted Fate. When Andre entered adolescence, he became obsessed with puppetry. He soon started to believe that his puppets were alive. This went on until Twisted Fate forced him to see that they were inanimate and that he was just making them talk. Andre was thrown into a fury and fled to search for some way, any way, to bring them to life.

For the next 2 years, he traveled Valoran searching for some magic to bring them to life, but found nothing. That is, until he heard of the Shadow Isles. He had no guarantee that there would be anything useful there, but he decided that the risk was worth it. With all of the unknown dark magics, there had to be something that could bring his precious puppets to life. He left from Demacia by rowboat with his three puppets, named Kagel, Manum, and Ukdyl. As he entered the waters near the Shadow Isles, he began to feel a dark energy beckoning...

10 years later, nobody has seen or heard from Andre. Everyone assumes that he died when he got to close to the Isles, or maybe he was lost at sea. That's until Andre washes to shore with Kagel, Manum, and Ukdyl in tow, wishing to join the league. None could sense the darkness inside of him, except for the other champions. Many now wonder, what did he find on those islands?

(Andre does not have a normal basic attack until he unlocks his ability 'Ukdyl') Base Stats: Health - 375 Mana - 400 AD - N/A AS - N/A AR - 14 MR - 30 MS - 325 AP - 0

Abilities:

Passive – Loyal Servitude: There is a 10% chance that one of Andre's puppets will block all incoming damage from a basic attack or ability.

Q – Kagel: Andre sends Kagel to charge after target champion and burst open, stunning and dealing damage to target champion and surrounding enemies.

Kagel Movement Speed: 500

Stun Duration to Target Champion: 1.00/1.25/1.50/1.75/2.00 seconds

Damage to Target Champion: 50/75/100/150/250

Stun Duration to enemies in range: 0.75/0.875/1.00/1.125/1.25

Damage to enemies in range: 25/50/75/100/150

Blast Radius: 400/450/500 units.

Cooldown: 18/18/17/17/16

Mana Cost: 80/100/120/140/160

Spell Range: 750 units.

W - Manum: Andre dashes in target direction and leaves Manum in his place. Manum will latch onto the nearest enemy champion and slow them for a certain amount of time until he recalls to Andre.

Dash Distance: 500 units

Movement Speed Slow: -80%

Time until Recall: 2.000/2.375/2.750/3.125/3.500 seconds

Mana cost: 100/120/140/160/180

Cooldown: 20 seconds

E – Ukdyl: (Toggle) Ukdyl circles around Andre, waiting to be given an order. If Andre targets an enemy for a basic attack, Ukdyl will run out and start to melee attack it. Ukdyl cannot be given a target outside the spell range, but he can continue to attack a target for 5 seconds outside the range. After that time, Ukdyl will run back to Andre. Ukdyl automatically heals if he returns to Andre (by un-toggling the ability). If Ukdyl is defeated, the ability cannot be used until he revives. All effects from store items bought by Andre affects Ukdyl as well if it applies. (AD, AS, HP, AR, MR)

Ukdyl's Base Attack Damage: 50/75/100/150/250

Ukdyl's Base Attack Speed: 0.65/0.75/0.85/1.00/1.25 Attacks per Second

Ukdyl's Base Health: 150/200/300/500/1000

Ukdyl's Base Armor: 30

Ukdyl's Base Magic Resistance: 30

Revival Time: 30/27.5/25/22.5/20 seconds

Mana Cost: 40/60/80/100/120

Cooldown: 4/4/4/4/4 seconds.

Spell range: 650 units.

R (Ultimate) – Puppet Master: Andre uses the dark force inside of him to take control of a target enemy champion and temporarily make them a living puppet. Andre becomes untargetable and also cannot move. Instead, the player takes control of the enemy champion and can use him/her to attack other enemies with basic attacks and all abilities (including ultimate). When control is taken, the cooldowns on those abilities is marked and reset. Standard cooldowns apply for Andre, but the cooldown returns to marked times once control is over. Allied champions cannot harm controlled champion while a living puppet, but allied minions and turrets and enemy minions, champions, and turrets can.

Duration: 6/8/10 seconds

Mana Cost: 200/350/500

Cooldown: 180/160/140 seconds

Spell Range: 500/600/700 units.

(This is still a work in progress. I am looking to see how the community reacts to the changes. I mostly made specifications on vague topics, but I also changed something's about two spells. Let me know what you think)

This is an interesting idea. I had a puppet master idea as well. His name is Cervius. A basic build for assassins end with an attack of 250+ by end of game he can easily have 500+ making him a huge threat. That's just a start.
