Cleaner (Bath time) Yuumi sounds like a great fit for her playful nature. Q can be a magic soap bar that leaves long soap trails, damaging people make them sparkle. E can surround you in a bubble bath and a rubber ducky R is a rinse of magical water waves.

Then give her something silly like a snorkle and floaties that would normally be for Poolside skins.
