Has any red ever acknowledged mecha kha'zix's E visual effect disappearance?

mecha kha'zix's E hasn't given him the white flame when he jumps, instead just the wingtip highlights... it has been this way for about two years.

seeing as how kha is trash tier, now seems like the perfect time to address that bug... and issue
