Some fun, probably game-breaking, item ideas. I'm no professional.

Secret Book

Summoner's Book 350 Gold +5 Ability Power +5% Cooldown Reduction +2 Gold per 10 seconds Unique Passive - Embodied Summoner: Damaging spells and attacks against champions or buildings reduce your Summoner Spell cooldowns by 1 second and grant 4 Gold. This can occur up to 3 times every 30 seconds.

Blasting Shard 3700 Gold (Energy Sword + Stinger + Amplifying Tome + 1115 Gold) +30 Attack Damage +75 Ability Power +50% Attack Speed Unique Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction Unique Passive: When you hit an enemy unit with a basic attack or damaging ability, a small blast occurs around the enemy hit, dealing 15 (+15% AP) to nearby enemy units.

Hextech Blaster

Hextech Blaster 3800 Gold (Recurve Bow + Pickaxe + Hextech Revolver + 875 Gold) +35% Attack Speed +50 Attack Damage +50 Ability Power Unique Passive: Basic attacks deal an additional 15 + 5% AP magic damage on hit. Unique Passive - Fast Aura: Basic attacks grant 15 Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Kills grant 45 Movement Speed instead. Unique Passive - Magic Bolt: Damaging an enemy champion with a basic attack shocks them for 50-125 bonus magic damage (40 second cooldown, shared with other Hextech items).

Magic Bolt's cooldown is reduced by Active Item cooldown reduction.

(Damage scales based on level. Hextech effects can trigger other item spell effects.)

Sentry Bot What if there was an item that had a basic attack you can control?

Sentry Bot 350 Gold This sentry bot follows you over your shoulder, ready to follow your commands. Active: Your sentry fires a ranged basic attack at the target, dealing 5 + 25% AD + 50% AP magic damage. (Once you activate, the sentry keeps firing as if you used your own basic attack.

Upgrade: Blaster Sentry 1600 Gold (SB + Aether Wisp + 400) Everything Sentry Bot does... +40 AP +5% Movement Speed Unique Passive - Energize: Your attack speed increases by 1% for every 10 AP you have. Unique Passive - Powered Shot: Your sentry bot deals your on-hit effects.

Upgrade: Pulsefire Sentry 3100 Gold (BS + Needlessly Large Rod + 250 Gold) Everything Sentry Bot does... +110 AP +7% Movement Speed Unique Passive - Energize: Your attack speed increases by 1% for every 10 AP you have. Unique Passive - Powered Shot: Your sentry bot deals your on-hit effects. Unique Passive - Pulsefire Shot: When you hit a target with your sentry bot, the target and nearby enemies take 50 + 50% AP magic damage (20 second cooldown).

Upgrade: Looming Sentry 1600 Gold (SB + Crystalline Bracer + 600 Gold) Everything Sentry Bot does... +250 Health +50% Base Health Regen Unique Passive - Looming Aura: You and nearby allies gain +50% Base Health Regen. Unique Passive - Powered Shot: Your sentry bot deals your on-hit effects.

Upgrade: Defender Sentry 3100 Gold (LS + Giant's Belt + 500 Gold) Everything Sentry Bot does... +80 AP +300 Health +50% Base Health Regen Unique Passive - Looming Aura: You and nearby allies gain +100% Base Health Regen. Unique Passive - Powered Shot: Your sentry bot deals your on-hit effects. Unique Passive - Defending Shot: Your sentry bot can target allies, granting a shield worth 50 + 20% AP + 5% of your maximum health, which lasts for 4 seconds (30 second cooldown).

Upgrade: Bolting Sentry 1600 Gold (SB + Dagger + Long Sword + 600 Gold) Everything Sentry Bot does, except the damage changes to 5 + 55% AD + 20% AP physical damage. +15 Attack Damage +15% Attack Speed Unique Passive - Energize: Your Attack Speed increases by 1% for every 12 AD you have. Unique Passive - Powered Shot: Your sentry bot deals your on-hit effects.

Upgrade: Powerful Sentry 3100 Gold (BS + Zeal + Pickaxe + 525 Gold) Everything Sentry Bot does, with Bolting Sentry's differences. +50 Attack Damage +35% Attack Speed +7% Movement Speed Unique Passive - Energize: Your Attack Speed increases by 1% for every 12% AD you have. Unique Passive - Powered Shot: Your sentry bot deals your on-hit effects. Unique Passive - Great Shot: When you hit a target with your sentry bot, the target and nearby enemies take 50 + 50% AD physical damage (20 second cooldown).

Double Shot Double Shot 3000 Gold (Zeal + Dagger + Dagger + 1200 Gold) +45% Attack Speed +20% Critical Strike Chance Unique Passive: +10% Movement Speed Unique Passive (Ranged Only): Every third basic attack you make is made twice. This procs any basic attack effects and on-hit effects.

Hyper Shiv 3200 Gold (Statikk Shiv + Dagger + 300 Gold) +50% Attack Speed +30% Critical Strike Chance +7% Movement Speed Passive: Moving and attacking will make an attack Energized. Unique Passive - Shiv Lightning: Your Energized attacks deal 60-160 bonus magic damage (based on level) to up to 5 targets on hit (deals +65% bonus damage to minions and can critically stike).

Attacks become Energized 100% faster.

Hyper Firecannon

Hyper Firecannon 3200 Gold (Statikk Shiv + Dagger + 300 Gold) +45% Attack Speed +30% Critical Strike Chance +7% Movement Speed Passive: Moving and attacking will make an attack Energized. Unique Passive - Firecannon: Your Energized attacks gain 35% bonus Range (+150 range maximum) and deal 50-120 bonus magic damage (based on level) on hit.

Attacks become Energized 150% faster. Energized attacks function on structures.

I like the the new support item's idea of reducing summoner cooldowns, however I think it needs to offer something else besides AP and mana regen because the way it is now Spellthief's Edge either overshadows it completely, or gets overshadowed completely based on how powerful the uniques are. Also the gold granting passives are too similar. If the intention is a replacement for spellthief's, I see no issue with it. But if that is not the intention, I would change it so that it grants Health and AP; and the passive gives the summoner cdr(as is) as well as X% base mana regen for 10 seconds and some gold, but instead of granting it on champion and building hit, it grants it when an ally kills a minion you damaged previously(encourages helping your adc clear without stealing).

Emerald Crystal seems way too similar to Catalyst of Aeons. Energy Sword seems unique enough though, I like the idea of a low cost item that gives AD and AP, feels like it has a good place in the game. The passives of Energy Crystal are something I would want to see in league, but I don't see many champions that would want high AD, AP, Mana, and Health. For instance the only champions I can think of that might want the item are: Blitzcrank, Cho'goth?, Jax, Malphite?, Nasus?, Nunu?, Udyr, Warwick? (where "?" symbolizes that it would probably be an off-meta build if at all). I would suggest reworking Energy crystal to give no mana or AP per mana, although I can't say how, as I don't know what the intended champions to use the item were for, but at least removing the mana and giving it other strengths would give it a more solid use.

Small concern with Blasting Shard being too similar to Guinsou's Rageblade to the point where only one could ever be viable, also seems a bit overpriced(less of a concern, can be fixed by those who try to implement it in some form).

Hextech Blaster seems to be in a fragile middle ground between Hextech Gunblade, Nashor's Tooth, and Guinsou's Rageblade. It conbines some aspects of each that I would find helpful to be on one item, but I fear that it would become too much of a balance nightmare to make it viable alongside the pre-existing ones so that none go into a state like Ohmwrecker where people just don't use it because of better-overlapping items.

The sentry seems like a neat idea.

The adc items seem unnecessary, and seeing how the Ornn upgrades played out, it could actually cause people to build poorly(with Ornn upgrades people bought them early game instead of late).
